This is definitely one of the coolest visuals Nasa has yet put together from Mars rover data. Wow! Now... when do we get to explore the crater ourselves, Google Earth style?

By the way, look closely. You just may get a glimpse of Mars rover opportunity.

Actually Robyn, isn't there already a "Google Mars" program available for download, available on the net?

Is the Google Mars equivelent to google earth? Or google maps?

Yeah, I just looked for it last night. You can't download it, but you can sweep over the surface just like Google Earth.
