Evolution of a Creature-Thing

On July 14, I posted something called "Birth of a Creature-Thing": the very beginnings of a painting. And then I quickly abandoned it. Yesterday, however, in response to Iain's query about Creature-Thing, I returned to the painting and finally started to push it along.

So as you can see, Creature-Thing has suddenly evolved. He still has a way to go. Even so, I thought you might enjoy seeing his progess thus far.

I'm glad to see this. It's the slightly doleful eyes that make me feel sympathetic towards Creature-Thing.

By the way, has it changed gender since July 14? Now that certainly is progress! ;-)
